SprintX is Extra work
Associate, be very clear on what you consider as extra work, and make a new case of it in Servicetool-project "SprintX". That is the way you can implicitely alert, only if necessary of course.
Customers hold on
To our customers in general: please hold on as much as possible new wishes (prevent scope creep in sprints): we will be able to respond to new requests but not right away. If associate burn their time and time towards deadline on reacting to comments that are not diretly related to the sprint-result, nobody is happy in the end.
