Help:Service/Case Tracker/Mass update

Mass update allows you to do bulk operations on casetracker cases.

1. Select the cases you want to change
2. Select on of the "bulk operations"
3. execute the action

Be careful though, this is high impact. changed cases will get an extra comment with the remark "updated by bulk operation" and the nature of the operation executed.
