This help page explains the functions and fields on the 'Accounts' page in the CRM.
Accounts
Displayed below are all registered accounts, sorted alphabetically. Choosing a letter will display all account names starting with that letter. You can also browse the accounts by clicking the 'Next' button or the page numbers, both at the bottom of the page. You can find the sorting criteria listed below the tabs. The blue criteria are clickable. The list can be sorted by numerous ways:
Name
- Sort Accounts by given name
City
- Sort Accounts by city
The other criteria are not sorting options. This applies to:
Phone number
- Displays the (first listed) phone number.
Email address
- Displays the (first listed) email address. Click an email address to open your (native) email client. The email address which was clicked on is automatically filled out in the 'To' field.
Edit link
Click on "edit" to edit the Account's details
Account filters
The right side of the page allows you to search for accounts by specific features. Explanations for each attribute are displayed below:
Name
- Displays accounts attached to a specific name
City
- Displays accounts attached to a specific city
Country
- Displays accounts attached to a specific country
Postal Code
- Displays accounts attached to a specific postal code
Phone number
- Displays accounts attached to a specific phone number
Email address
- Displays accounts attached to a specific email adress
Opted out
- Displays accounts that can be opted out by:
- - Phone
Rating
- Displays accounts by rating:
- - N/A
- - Good
- - Average
- - Bad
- - Worst
