This help page explains the functions and fields on the 'Contacts' page in the CRM.

Contacts
Displayed below are all registered contacts, sorted alphabetically. Choosing a letter will display all contacts with surnames starting with that letter. You can also browse the contacts by clicking the 'Next' button or the page numbers, both at the bottom of the page.
Contact filters
The right side of the page allows you to search for contacts by specific features. Explanations for each attribute is displayed below:

Accounts
Hieronder vind je alle geregistreerde accounts, gesorteerd op alfabet. Door middel van de tabbladen kun je per letter door de accountnamen heen browsen. Onderaan de pagina kun je bladeren door op 'Next' te klikken of door de knoppen met paginanummers te gebruiken.
Account filters
De rechterkant van de pagina biedt de mogelijkheid om accounts op specifieke kenmerken te vinden. Onderstaand vind je de uitleg per zoekkenmerk:
Name
- Displays accounts attached to a specific name
City
- Displays accounts attached to a specific city
Country
- Displays accounts attached to a specific country
Postal Code
- Displays accounts attached to a specific postal code
Phone number
- Displays accounts attached to a specific phone number
Email address
- Displays accounts attached to a specific email adress
Opted out
- Displays accounts that can be opted out by:

Rating
- Displays accounts by rating:
- - N/A
- - Good
- - Average
- - Bad
- - Worst
