Team spirit

Our aim is to build a community where we embrace diversity. To create a professional workspace for us all, we believe that a few guidelines will help to make sure we establish just that.

We are all proud of our own company and we encourage you to express this enthusiastically, but please keep the merchandising to a minimum. If it doesn’t fit on an A4, please be creative and make it fit. If you have clients coming in, they can temporarily step into your office. That means feel free to fold out (and fold in again afterwards) your banners, etc on such occasions!

Your Desk

Everybody rents his/her own desk, but there is no restriction in sharing it to another member of Blockchain-lab. If you want to use another desk, please check with the owner. Please be aware you are renting a desk and not square meters. Make sure you can store your belongings on or under your desk. For the overall appearance we stick to a clean (tidy) desk policy. Suggestion: rolling drawers.

Ask

For us it is important that you to always take in account your roommates in everything you do. Everybody is busy working on something and should be able to focus. Distractions can take many forms. If you are not sure if something could be distracting, please ask upfront.

Contribute

Other than that, please share, support, discuss, do anything to improve the community and its members. Your contribution is vital for the success of Blockchain-lab!

Diversiteit, professionaliteit en een paar afspraken met elkaar.

Flexplekken (voor associates) - een vaste plekker (member) mag zijn plek ter beschikking stellen, maar het hoeft niet.

Uitingen enkel voor vaste plekkers (members): ter grootte van A4, tenzij er een klant komt -> banner uitvouwen (en weer invouwen!)

Flexplekken (voor associates) en vaste plekker (member) hebben beide de mogelijkheid voor een locker.

We geven om het milieu: bijna geen papier -> bijna geen kasten > Rolkastjes - ladenkast

Netjes het bureau achter laten en al je eigen afwas terug brengen naar de keuken en afgewassen in de rekken zetten.
