Primary goal of the Findings feature in a supportPlace is expectation management.
The roles involved are the contract managers of both sides and the product owner.
Relation Case versus Finding
The moment a finding gets a case attached to it, then the case needs to be closed in a normal period of time.
When the pipeline does not contain cases anymore, then we create new cases and attach them to findings that are waiting to be addressed.
