The minute parties abroad (from the Netherlands) are interested in our on-site services, these question have to be answered upfront.

Installments

Our first questions regarding contract, preparation and expenses would be: suppose we would be able to agree on terms and conditions at some point in time in the future, how could we be pre-paid? From the supplier view (that is us 😊 ) we have to partially cover future fees earned and expenses made upfront with cash pre payment. And we need at least 50% upfront to be able to get on a plane. The second installment is due upon arrival in the country of execution: 30%. The last installment 20% has to be received in our bank account the latest before the closing statements of the training, conference.

Expectations

For any contract: we need to know the expectations to be able to comply with them.

Third issue I'd like to address as soon as it is relevant: is there any example legal contract in English available with you in Indonesia hiring people from abroad? We would like to assess the applicability of a template like that for our cooperation.
