Responsibility

Verantwoordelijkheid is een groot woord dat we graag in de 2Value context schetsen.

EN:Responsibilty

• means someone is unique responsible that the main Result of an action is
  • SMART defined
  • delivered in time, etc

• The role has expliciet and implicite responsibilities:
  • Implicite: see it Role-description in this wiki, the general tasks that go with it, and de PCON this Roles usually accepts.

• The Result is delivered by him/her
  • Altough the Role is responsible and more than one people play the role (or: work in this position) there one and only one individual is end-responsible for a certain PCON, task or action to be fulfilled.
  • Anyhow, anyway. 2Value depends on the creativity of its teammembers. Collaegues can not take 'no' for answer or silence for an answer.
  • Refrain from explanation why it could not be done, put energy in meeting the deadline in a smaller scope (e.g. less functionality)
  • Do not deliver half baked products to your collaegues. It will raise the amount of work the handle it, to communicate back and forth, to manage versions, etc. We all strive for "Good or even best in one take"
