Primary goal of the Findings feature in a supportPlace is expectation management.

The roles involved are the contract managers of both sides and the product owner.

Op het moment dat een finding een case krijgt, dan moet ie ook binnen normale termijn opgelost worden.

Pas als de cases weer "op" zijn, zetten hangen we nieuwe cases aan wachtende findings.
