Support agreement
As soon as the product has been purchased through the webshop, you have agreed to the [Support/license-agreement License agreement]. It mentions how 2Value can provide help for registered customers after the 2Value product JobQ has been purchased and under what conditions this help can be provided.

Advanced support

Mainly we have two types of advanced support-requests:

1. "Help me, it does not work as I want it to work! Can not get it done."

2. You would like a custom solution with JobQ in alle op PHP to be implemented by 2Value or one of its local partners in you region.

Some people get frustrated using a product like JobQ. There is all different kinds of reasons possible, why the product does not do for you what you expect from it. That is a pitty. Many times though it the product itself is not to blame. Most of the cases the product in its environment is the source of disappointment. or needs to be taken care of.

If you have a specific problem regarding installation or use of JobQ, we advise you to get in touch with Open Source Support Desk. They have general support in open source frameworks and several price models. Please check with them wether or not JobQ and/or alle op PHP are in their line of work.
