Train the Teacher program
This program could be viewed as the unique selling point of BCWS. There are many educational organisation in blockchains. But there is only one in the world that actually trains and certifies trainers/teacher (as of 2017).
goal
We’d like to recruit trainers from previous trainings. Because we get know the trainees. Trainers have to keep an eye open for trainees with that potential (TtT program: engagement)
entrance level
Entrance level has to be decided upfront. It might be a certain exit level of another training or an preliminary exam.
preparation
Preparation by the Trainee Trainers before every contact moment is about twice the amount of time spent together with BCWS instructors
recruitment
The organisation of structural recruitment from the pool of former trainees, starts every training and free meetup. The role that guides this process is calculated ‘organisation & acquisition’.
Enrolment
When a trainees want to become a trainer themselves, the guidance is through the Train the Teacher (TtT) process
Lab
Blockchain-lab has the function of creating, testing and improving work forms and learning methods. We go as detailed as testing metaphors on focal user groups.
Tool case maintenance
Trainers get a prepared suitcase with tools the explain blockchain - and related tech the Blockchain Workspace way. This case has to be filled, instructed, renewed.
