Support agreement
Op het moment dat u het product via de webshop heeft aangeschaft, heeft u het [{{{produrl}}}/license-agreement License agreement] goedgekeurd. Daarin staat vermeldt hoe 2Value kan verlenen en tegen welke voorwaarden aan geregistreerde klanten nadat zij het 2Value product {{{Prodname}}} hebben aangeschaft.

Mainly we have two types of advanced support-requests:

1. "Help me, it does not work as I want it to work! Can not get it done."

2. You would like a custom solution with {{{Prodname}}} in {{{frameworks}}} to be implemented by 2Value or one of its local partners in you region.
