Thank you for thinking of us as a possible partner.

I have little time this morning for I'll be driving with my family and parents to Germany for a vacation. I will be able to spend half an hour today to send a first proposal and further questions out to your prospect. I am expecting your call at the moment, but you are most probably checking in at some airport.

My question about / to your prospect are:

About your prospect

Who is the person to send the proposal to?

Can I ask them further questions along the road? (if not, it is getting too complex, I will leave the opportunity for others)

What wil be your role in this and how can the customer(s) pay your that role via the proposal?

What is the number of people that will attend a course

Is an on line course, in-company or at our premises? (the latter two we can provide)

What is the main goal the prospect want to achieve with the group of students

Is there a differentiation in what people need to learn, eg. accountants -> proof of compliance, doctors -> proof of identity / GDPR

Normally we have:

a minimum number of people attending the course at the maximum rate per day in house training (700 euro p.p.p.d.) -> around 6 or 7 people.

a maximum that will still work between 16 and 40 people for a maximum total fee per day, around 2500 euro per trainer per day. Sidekick are around 1500 euro per day.

between minimum and maximum number of people there is room for negotiation.

All inclusive preparation, lunch, drinks etc.

But it all depends on what they want to achieve with the group.
