Parent: BCWS

Weekly stand-up Blockchain-lab

Goal

1. Inform each other about relevant development in our field
2. Present the stand-up in social media
3. Invite other people to come and join in next time

Organisation

We invite members and associates implicitly: they are a tenant of the Blockchain-lab
We use Campfire Blockchain-lab004 group in Basecamp example
The stand-up is at most 30 minutes and the after work another 30 minutes at most.

Flow

person 1+2 take notes
person 3: gather twitter handles of people / organisations / initiatives that are involved
person 4 : photos

Concept

The tweet and photo to be put on social media will be placed on campfire (Basecamp group)

In Campfire the speaker corrects the sentence to be tweeted inline. Photo's are uploaded over there. And will be confirmed before tweeted.

Round of Tweets

Use tweetdeck , hootsuite or alike to send ALSO from @bcworkspace

'Today stand-up <weeknumber?> at @bcworkspace in @@alab_AMS <number> speakers, we inform each other about recent development in #blockchain field'
<speaker1, foto1, quote1, twitterhandles associated with 1>
....
<speakern, foto_n, quote_n, twitterhandles associated with n>

After @bcworkspace has tweeted, the speaker himself also retweets, using the twitter handles the stand-up is associated with.
