Reponsibility is a meaningfull word that needs explanation in the 2Value context.
Responsibility
NL:Verantwoordelijkheid
- means that someone is uniquely responsible that the main Result of an action is
- SMART defined
- delivered in time, etc
- The role has explicit and implicit responsibilities:
- Implicit: see Role-description in this wiki, the general tasks that go with it, and de PCON this Roles usually accepts.
- The Result is delivered by him/her
Although the Role is responsible and more than one people play the role (or: work in this position) there is one and only one individual end-responsible for a certain PCON, task or action to be fulfilled.
- Anyhow, in any way. 2Value depends on the creativity of its team members. Colleagues can not take 'no' or silence for an answer.
