OK, wat structuur uitbreiden, goed idee:

Meetup group is https://3.basecamp.com/3683691/projects/2945302, daar voegen we domweg sprekers aan toe elke keer, totdat ze zelf aangeven weg te willen uit de groep.

Per event:

we maken in de regel per event een to-do list (!) 

Een standaard todo per event wordt dan de catering : drink & evt. snack

Als er voldoende geïnteresseerden komen voor eten voorafgaand aan het event (om 17u in Coffee Virus) dan is dat ook een aparte todo: food.

Daarvoor vragen we momenteel 15 euro en dat is een budget waar wij 2,50 euro per eter willen hebben voor de handling en aanmeldingen en de rest is budget waarmee Coffee Virus / A-lab moet kunnen werken om een hap neer te zetten. Dat idee. Laten we eerst maar eens verkopen, niet waar.
